- First, we discuss project scope, work areas, timeline and expected deliverables.
- For confidential work, we complete NDA/project agreement before sensitive data or payment details are shared.
- After agreement, Biranga Web shares the Wise payment link, invoice, bank account details or another approved payment option.
- Payment milestones, advance payment and final payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

We work to make every client satisfied according to the agreed project scope. If we fail to meet the agreed requirements and both sides terminate the agreement under the agreement terms, Biranga Web will refund any eligible advance amount within 72 hours after termination confirmation.
