Biranga Web provides e-commerce operations and support services, including product sourcing, Print on Demand design support, listing optimization, customer support, inventory management, admin documentation, reporting, analytics, brand protection, Amazon FBA/FBM support, GS1 GTIN services, and e-commerce business consulting.
Project scope and approvals
Project scope, deliverables, timeline, price, revision process, responsibilities, and access requirements should be agreed before work begins. Any extra work outside the original scope may require a revised quotation or separate approval.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, instructions, files, account access, and approvals needed for the work.
- Confirm that you have the right to use any product data, brand materials, images, trademarks, marketplace accounts, and content you provide to us.
- Review deliverables carefully and request corrections within the agreed review period.
- Follow marketplace, platform, intellectual property, tax, and legal requirements related to your business.
Confidentiality and NDA
We treat client information and project materials as confidential. We do not share one client’s or customer’s data with another customer. For sensitive projects, Biranga Web can sign an NDA before starting the project.
Access and account security
If a client gives us access to marketplace accounts, store admin panels, cloud drives, email, or business software, the client remains responsible for account ownership, permissions, billing, platform compliance, and final account decisions. We recommend limited permissions where possible and removal of access after project completion.
Marketplace and platform compliance
Biranga Web may support work related to Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify, Gelato, Print on Demand providers, and other platforms. Each platform has its own rules, and clients are responsible for final compliance with those rules. We do not guarantee marketplace approval, ranking, sales, account reinstatement, or third-party platform outcomes.
Payments, revisions, and cancellation
Payment terms, milestone schedules, refund rules, and revision limits are agreed per project. Work may be paused if payment, files, access, or approval is delayed. Completed work, research, admin support, reporting, and consultation time may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
After full payment, final approved deliverables prepared specifically for the client may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Biranga Web may retain general know-how, processes, templates, non-confidential methods, and internal tools. Third-party materials, fonts, software, stock images, marketplace data, or platform assets remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Limitation of liability
Biranga Web aims to provide reliable, professional service. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, platform policy changes, account restrictions, loss of profits, third-party service downtime, marketplace decisions, or outcomes outside our control.
